The income generating potential of a villa or custom home at Oceania Heights is excellent. Community residents have the option of placing their residence in a rental pool for weeks of the year when the unit would otherwise be unoccupied. For your convenience, our onsite resort managers will oversee the respectful rental of your property to an exclusive clientele.

While you are not able to join us at Oceania Heights, participation in our rental pool program will allow you to capitalize on the thriving tourism market on the island.

Our dedicated team at Oceania Heights has a combined wealth of experience in holiday rentals. We will look after all aspects of property maintenance, housekeeping and rental bookings.

The concept of fractional ownership allows each owner to benefit from a percentage of the income generated from rentals. Of course as an owner you can also opt to enjoy the home yourself for your share of the year. Expenses will prorate between a limited number of fractional homeowners. Typically fractionals are sold as 1/2 shares, 1/4 shares or 1/8 shares. Our on-site management will maintain every aspect of maintenance and care in your absence. The homes come fully equipped with every amenity you have come to expect from a luxury property including your own golf cart!
